Working with Us
The majority of CLASS staff are Disability Support Workers who provide direct support to clients in Accommodation, Respite, Home Care and Day Options.
CLASS aims to recruit and develop staff who demonstrate positive attitudes towards people with disabilities and provide a flexible and secure work environment.
Pre-Requisites to Employment
Individuals applying for work at CLASS as a Disability Support Worker must meet the following requirements;
- Certificate III in Disabilities or equivalent
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current DFC National Criminal Identitiy Record Check

Working Hours
A range of shifts are available, over 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and rosters are based around the needs of the clients. Shifts include day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts and staff may be required to work 'sleepovers'.

Salary Packaging
CLASS employees are eligible to salary package, which enables employees to significantly increase the value of their remuneration (take home pay) by gaining up to $16,050 tax free dollars per FBT year.
