This
service provides opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy sporting
and recreational activities in their local community.
Staff and volunteer support various programs including overnight camps and
individualised respite activities. These programs are usually arranged through
Options Coordination or the Carer Respite Centre.
CLASS
is a registered provider for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and assists
participants to develop their skills and supports them to complete the
expeditions required for each award level.
CLASS
Achievement Awards have been developed for people who are not able to
participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. This program encourages
participants to develop their skills and interests, and to become involved in
their local community. Volunteers are linked with the participants to provide
additional support when required.

CLASS Recreation and Respite provides a volunteer linking program to help
people participate in local sport and leisure activities. Weekend respite
activities, including overnight camps can also be arranged.
